Miles and More is a total rip off there customer service center in California is staffed by nothing but idiots and assholes one in particular is Monica. She is supposed to be a supervisor and is a total bitch and idiot. The scam is they make you use 50K miles to upgrade and they will not confirm the upgrade until you have purchased the ticket.
