Placed an order on this date 4-5-2011 and upon them wantin me to pay more mnoey for other items that they say you need to insure a more successful business, I requested that my order be canceled and at that time, the line went dead and I was not able to connect with the person to whom I palced the order with (Shelby) When I got through again, it was a differatn person, a man who said he could not connect me with Shelby.
