We went into American Freight on May 18, 2011 and picked out several items that we wanted delivered the end of June or beginning of July. The salesperson said that wasn't a problem because one of the living room sets was still on order from the manufacturer and wouldn't be there for about 2 more weeks. We never discussed that we were doing a layaway plan and since this was our first (and last) time shopping there we didn't realize that's how this company works.
