I was a witness to how this company works. If I was a consumer, I would not use their services. First of all, they are set-up illegally. The law firm is supposed to be just that, a law firm set-up to help consumers. Unfortunately, what they do is basically have the sales representatives work for the law firm. They take all of the inbound calls. After taking your information your file is forwarded to a Clerk, who processes your payment and then sends your file to a 3rd PARTY!!!.
