I receive Bi-weekly phone calls asking for payments after I refinanced my auto loan. I call for assistance and instead of redirecting me the collection department lady keeps saying "so when can I collect your payment". I get transfered to a guy named steve who then tell me to "go to the bank and tell my branch to send the check to their branch". Why can't wellsfargo make the arrangements within themselves? read full review »
