I was promised unlimited calling to India for $19.95 a month. Also, I was a charged a deposit of $38.95 and was told it is completely refundable. It worked fine the first two months. However, in third month, after I used few hundred minutes, I kept getting a message on the telephone line that said I did not have sufficient funds to make the call.
