I recently brought an LG phone at my Sprint store. Two weeks later it was effectively a paper weight due to what both companies call "pressure damage". I kept the phone in my front pocket, did not sit on it, did not have anything else in my pocket, was not wearing tight jeans or anything else that would cause this damage. Sprint would not replace phone even knowing I am a long time customer (they did offer to sell me a refurbished phone).
