I was not able to go on a trip after i mailed in my certified letters for a 1 week free rental car and an airline ticket for two with VIP travel. I send in the form stating that " TO CANCEL THIS VACATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND SIGN BELOW" I signed and mailed my form on 5-5-2011 and is yet to receive my refund. I have made several phone calls to VIP but is never able to speak to live person ; only recordings. I would really like my deposits back that was made in the form of money orders in the amounts of $75.00 for the airline ticket and $50.00 for the rental car. Is there a waiting period to get my money back too? read full review »
