I am submitting a formal complaint against POC Network for being breech of contract. I inquired with the company two years ago about allowing them to design/host a website of mine. I knew the project was a big undertaking, however after consulting (via e-mail and telephone) the agreed upon time frame was between 8-12 weeks. I was put in touch with a project manager (Andrea) right away and I submitted all of the information she needed to put together a wire frame.
