After calling 20 different numbers to get a problem handled on a cell phone thats less than 2 weeks old and my wife being 2000 miles away.Cricket told me that they cant do anything for me unless i bring the phone back into the store i bought it from.(How can i do that with it being 2000 miles away?)Or bring it to a corp store, being 125 miles from where my wife is.Cricket is a joke...NEVER I SAY AGAIN NEVER GO WITH CRICKET.There customer service does not give a dam about customers. read full review »
