I signed a contract to begin microdermabrasion with American Laser. I did a few of them with the same lady. However, when the facility went under new management they hired new employees. Every time I would go in for my treatment there was a different person doing my procedure. One day I went in for a procedure, I had a blemish on my face and the lady took the liberty of applying some sort of acid on my face and performed a peeling without my consent.
