Okay, so we have lived here since March 2011 and has been nothing but hell since. I would tell ANYONE looking to move into this complex, or ANY Arnel ran properties to sit in the parking lot for about an hour, and count how many moving trucks you see come in and out of the place in that time. You will be shocked. Yesterday while I was cleaning out my storage in the carport, I watched 3 families with Uhauls moving, all within a 30 minute time frame. Now... with all of that said.
