A man calling himself Jack Samuels, with a heavy Indian accent, called me at my place of business and left a message that he was with FCD Financial Crimes Division, and it was extremely urgent I call him back. When I called back, this person said in 2007 I got a payday loan with a company called Cashnet and I have yet to pay it back. I asked for information to be mailed to me, but he said he could not do that. I asked for a website or phone number.
