I ordered some some balloons to be delivered to my significant other on 3/17. I placed the order on 3/15 and left special instructions for the balloons to get at his work by 1pm. Well it was 2pm and I still did not get confirmation of a delivery so I called FTD and spoke to a customer service rep upon which she told me "not to worry". Okay ma'am I said.
