This company contact my electronics repair shop to complete a diagnostic on a customers television set. When diagnoses was completed and bill sent, they now refuse to pay. We have on paper the authorization, but now refuses to abide by that. They are very rude, everyone that I dealt with. The customer and the repair center both very unhappy with this "extended warranty" company. I would NEVER recommend this company for anything!!! read full review »
