We have been w/ B.H. for several years and are cancelling our services due to the lack of customer service. Anytime we call they treat us as if we need them more then they need us (paying customer)! I do not believe I have ever dealt with a company that seems to teach their reps how to make a customer feel unappreciated. We are done!
