I moved away from Sc back in Jan. and sent them a letter that was issue by my utility company saying I moved to another state in the beginning of Feb. But since they did not receive the letter til mid Feb. I am still being charged for a gym service I am not even using. I contract the customer service and was answer by a rude representative stating "read the contract". 30 days notice which they never told me about when I called back in Jan. Pivotal fitness isnt as great as some people defend, it's one of the worst gyms I been too and I have never have gotten ringworm until I step into this gym. read full review »
