Ordered flatware in 2008. Received notice that goods would arrive in @ 3 weeks. After 2 months sent enquiry. Reply: delay but goods will be shipped. Never received items. Sent e-mail query and received 'undeliverable' e-address. Do not order high-end, designer stuff. They probably only can deliver on standard stock, which you can find at Macy's, Target, etc. Never sent reimbursement. No goods, no $$$. Buyer beware. read full review »
