I found this so called "insurance "company on line, they led me to believe this was medical insurance. They told me my dr was one of their doctors in their program. She was not. Now I am stuck with the bills to pay. I did not understand that this was only a discount insurance program of which no dr will take. I had to agree to sign up in order to get them to send me the information and my card. When I received the information, it took them six weeks to send this.
