First, Grupo Mayan and Holiday Systems Intl. sell timeshares, but if they can't get you to buy those, and you think you are about to leave; they have a secondary set of people that for less money will sell you a 10 year package with a $99/ year fee to buy a week or two of unused timeshare rentals. They are separate corporations, HSI is in the USA and Grupo Mayan is in Mexico, but they said, in writing, that they do not exchange money between the two. We have paper stating they do.
