I purchase groceries for my elderly father online since I live in a different state. It seems when you order groceries & pay for them online you are NOT entitled to a receipt of what is sent or what you have paid for. If you would like a copy of their ONLINE service you must put it in writing for each purchase and mail it to their customer service. I do not understand how it can be considered a online service when the only service you can get is by mail.
