I have been jerked around by with receiving phones and all they were concerned with was commision and not customer service. I received a phone that someone previously owned and was sold to me a new. I would never use radio shack in the future nor would I recommend them ever. I was told they didn't have the phone I wanted and then later found out another store had it. Out for the buck not custer satisfaction at all. Had a problem with the phone because someone else owned it and was assigned to that phone my phone was locked the manager... read full review »
