After renting my house to people who lied on their application and then allowing them to move in early for no rent they deny any responsibility for the damage the tenants did to my home and the fact that they skipped out on paying rent after 3 months.GoRenter is charging me unbelievable fees for inspection, garbage removal, bogus yard work and questionable legal fees. They failed to give me any info on the tenants names or qualifications to rent my house. The tenants also had numerous police responses including drug sales from the rental property.
