During the time my loan was with Citifinancial everything went smoothly. I had contact with them only 2 times when I asked for a deferred payment. Both times Citifinancial gave me 2 months. My loan was due in January and I made 4 extra payments to Santander for the 4 deferred payments. I was getting ready to start watching the mail for my title but to my surprise received a visitor instead wanting to repossess the car.
