I wanted to get a DSI as a gift, so three and a half weeks early I ordered it from www.powerkik.com. They offered free 7 day shipping. Well I payed through many checking account, but was not told there would be a 7 day hold before sending it. I only found out after I went back to their website wondering why I never got it. You can't talk to a real person at this company either. Everything this done over email, which they are slow to answer. There is a number to call but it goes directly to mailbox.
