I attempted to book a flight with CheapoAir and never actually was authorized...so, a flight booking was never made...CheapoAir then called and harrassed me daily several time by phone and email...I ended up calling at my own expense and told one of the reps that the flight never was booked and I had decided not to fly at this time..CheapoAir charged a $25 cancel fee...how is this possible when a flight was never booked..CheapoAir is a SCAM...I had to wait on the phone for an extended period of time which I am billed for just to speak to one of the reps...these guys are a joke. read full review »
