I submitted a quote request to Nelson Honda in El Monte. Spoke to an Internet Sales Manager, Allyson Hoong. We agreed on the make/model, color, price, and the method of payment over the phone. She said the car had adds on accessories, but she would not charge me for them. I went in the dealer and filled out the papers. Awhile later, the Internet Director, Jessica Nieto, came out and said she can't approve the sale. I must either finance the car or pay for the added accessories.
