They advertise free shipping but if you return the item you pay for the shipping. It is not stated on the website or when you place the order. It is not even stated clearly in the return policy section, it just says we pay returns if we made the sistake, on section tells how to return the product with the return label. I order on line all the time and have never encountered a company that didn't pay for the returns. The cost to pay for the shipping to be returned for my item is $79.00, I would have never placed the order if I knew that. read full review »
