I was in Milwaukee in transit to New York. My flight was cancelled. The airline said they could not get me on another flight until a day and a half later. I chose to get a flight to another city 300 miles from NYC and took a bu the next morning, in order to make a mid-day meeting. Huge inconvenience - huge delay, huge disruption. Though my flight was canceled and the airline could not get me to my destination within the next 24 hours, this company's "flight disruption and cancellation definitions" conveniently ruled out my claim... read full review »
