In two different months I received a $40 Metro Card that read "Invalid" from Wageworks. Called customer service various times and got turned off. They acted unresponsibly and told me to take it up with NY Transit Authority. NYTA told me to take it up with Wageworks. At this point I'm thinking of cancelling the entire subscription. read full review »
