I have been a AT&T wireless customer for over 10 years. About a year ago, cell service at our home decreased sharply. I called AT&T and was told they would submit a ticket and an engineer would check it out. Several months later things had gotten worse instead of better. I called back, and was told the same thing as the first call, but then she suggested I purchase a MicroCell.
