I put money down on a car and when I was denied the credit. The owner/manager refused to give me my deposit of $1700 back. It has been a few months now. I have contact the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office. Because he wrote a statement saying he would apply the deposit as soon as I came in a filled out a new application, and when I became employed. That was okay with both organizations. But with me it is not okay why do I want to get into a 2 1/2 year contract with a business that is willing to steal my money. So I have to take him to small claims court to try and get my money back.
