I brought my friend in to take a tour and use a free guest pass because I was told by an employee the day before that that could be done. An employee Zack gave her the tour, but then refused to let her try out the gym unless she signed up or paid a $14 fee. I explained to him that I was told guests were able to try out the gym with a day pass by another employee, that is why I brought her.
