I enroled my pet with this insurance company. The monthly price seems reasonable but their service is below standard. It took them over a month to send us the paperwork. I ended up canceling them and they have not given us our money back after 2 months. I had to file a dispute with our credit card company (I used to buy the insurance). Thankfully, the credit card company reversed the charges.
