I received a JC Penney rebate offer from Stonebridege and complied with their terms.I received a $10 rebate check which I cashed and was notified by my bank that it was was returned insufficient funds and my account was assesed a $19 fee. Stonebridge now has my JC Penney account information and my checking account information and they want more to make it right. read full review »
