Purchased Bosch micro/conv oven on April 19 2011 along with other products. Oven arrived broken making loud noise. Called store that sold it and was told I had to call appliance repair company. They came and said oven could possibly be fixed and put in new fan blades. Left and fan blades broke immediately. Called store and they contacted regional rep who said "Too bad - customer has to wait for parts to come in and see if it can be repaired" What!!! I paid $729 plus a $24o trim kit and I have to accept a broken oven that can't be used!!! DO NOT BUY BOSCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE read full review »
