Held 39 minutes - tranfered-disconnected - held 25 minutes - disconnected again-transfered 3 more times. The people there do not know what they are doing. This company need competitors. They own the market and they should not. They can't handle the load and there is no threat you can make to going somewhere else. Over and hour and 1/2 on the phone just trying to return a device they sold me that doesn't work. Insane read full review »
