I would like to send a complaint against the bookinhotels.com. In 25th of June 2009 I made a reservation for a room in Castromira Hotel in Lisbon for 6th to 18th of Sep. and paid 333.3 euro. Due to some problems, before the date option I cancelled the reservation and received the email confirmed this cancellation without any penalties on 29th of August.
