I received part of my order in a timely manner. The 2nd half (the more expensive half) I was told it was on Back Order. After waiting about 35 days I requested a cancellation. I have heard nothing. I have left my phone number three times and requested a call back. There is no number to call to get a person to discuss this with. My cancellation is listed as open. On the web site they say you will get an immediate refund, this is a lie. I will never do business with them again. read full review »
