Someone used my bank account to fund a gambling website. I filed a claim at chase bank. They said there is nothing they would do because the fraudulant charges came from a gambling website. They also said I only had 60 days to recover the funds. During the start of this time they ran me around in circles. Saying i needed to send them a signed form. Then they never sent me the form.
