I received a post card in the mail from PTG that stated they had years of experinece dealing with IRS and would help resolve my issues with IRS. I was told by Mike Saran that they would talk to IRS and handle everything.PTG also told me they would settle with IRS and I would only have pay back a percent. Well after 6 months of only hearing from PTG after I would call them to see how the resultion was coming along did I learn they were not talking to IRS like they should have been, in fact IRS stated they (PTG) would never call back.
