Ignorant of the dirty service rendered by BSNL Mobile Service I subscribed for cricket sservice on 28-3-11. For that they deducted Rs20/-. But I never got any information regarding cricket score and so I sent a message to stop the service. For the four messages I sent I was charged. They deducted Rs20/- on 28-4-11and again on 29-5-11. I talked to the customer care of BSNL on 4-5-11. I received complaint registration No.AP0405117024 from 53333 and docket No.E04AP66968 FROM 52765F BSNL support.
