What a sad excuse for a company. There should be a law against company's like this! I have never in my 56 years of life dealt with a company who has such an utter lack of concern for their customers and the business their customers give them. I bought a electric water kettle that was made by aroma. The kettle worked two times and then stopped working. The troubleshooting guide in the user manual says to call customer support if this happens, so obviously it is a common problem for this kettle to break or stop working.
