I found this website with really cheap software prices: http://www.trustsoftshop.com (they are typically one of the sponsored links you get when you google "cheap ms office" and similar keywords). Suspicious about their super-cheap prices, I googled "trustsoftshop.com" and found a discussion about pirate copies of MS Office being sold by these people. Too cheap to be true, as usual.
