On April 28, 2011 the servicing responsibilities for my student loan were transferred from ECMC to another company. Since then ECMC has continued to withdraw money directly from my checking account. In fact, ECMC has charged me several times in the same month when previously I made single monthly payment. I have called ECMC about this matter 3 times. I have yet be called back. To date ECMC has overcharged me $875.00. May 3, 17, 24, June 1 and 7. I would urge anyone who deals with ECMC not to use paperless billing! read full review »
