Just a quick rant to say Staff unhelpful and even tho told twice details on policy incorrect still incorrect! cancelled first policy without my knowledge due to house move (was uninsured for 3 weeks as they had been sending letters to old address!) then refused to reinstate policy even tho it was there error as i had sent no claims and change of address set up new policy and refused to give me original price new policy £15 more a month! also had house insurance with them when told for second time we had moved they never even asked about... read full review »
