They are the worst company. I have moved and wanted to cancel my monitoring. I called in. They said i have to speak to a sales manager about cancelling (??), but they are of course not available. They will call me back. They never did. I called again in a couple of weeks and told them i needed to cancel. They said you can only cancel in writing by faxing a letter. So i faxed a letter the next day. A bill came a week later for past due. I even paid that bill just to be done with it and submitted the letter with the payment. a month later... read full review »
