I bought a breakfast nook from homedecorators.com with the understanding of a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for a full refund. I was not satisfied with the breakfast nook and returned it at my expense. Homedecorators.com is now saying the breakfast nook was returned damaged (which of course it wasn't damaged)and they refuse to refund my $1, 471.02.
