Given a gift card, went to use first visit for facial. Service was just Ok, steamer was broken, wish they had told me before hand as I would have rescheduled. Went back for what I thought was the other half of the gift card, only to come out owing 93.00. I was like, wth and was informed I am not a member, first visit was discounted to "get me in the door".
