I ordered a Laptop Battery from them a month ago, they sent me a battery that fit perfectly and I was glad it worked. After 1 charge and one use, the battery completely failed, would not charge/work anymore. I've been calling the number on the website daily, and no one would pick up the phone. I've emailed them daily, with on replies. When you make the payment, they send you a confirmation email and a reciept.
